WARRANTY & RETURNS

Support Built Around the Product.

This policy defines the standard FUSOO commercial warranty, early-failure remedies and after-sales logistics for powered watercraft. It is additional to any mandatory consumer rights.

Warranty Start & Eligibility

The commercial warranty begins on the purchase-invoice date and applies only to the original retail purchaser. The commercial warranty is not transferable and ends when the product is sold or transferred to a second owner.

Keep the original purchase invoice, product serial number and order record. They are required to confirm commercial warranty eligibility.

These commercial terms do not exclude, restrict or replace rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Mandatory consumer rights remain available regardless of the limits stated below.

02

7-Day & 15-Day Remedies

  • Within 7 calendar days of the purchase-invoice date: a confirmed inherent performance defect qualifies for return, replacement with a new unit or free repair.
  • Within 15 calendar days of the purchase-invoice date: a confirmed inherent performance defect qualifies for free replacement with a new unit of the same model.
  • If the same confirmed fault remains after two completed repairs and the product still cannot operate normally, FUSOO will replace the complete unit at no charge.
  • Time during which the product is held for an authorized warranty repair is excluded from the commercial warranty calculation.
03

Standard Component Coverage

  • 12 months: motor, main controller and liquid-cooled power assembly.
  • 6 months: lithium-ion battery pack, remote controller and original charger.
  • 3 months: carbon-fiber or PE board body, limited to factory-process cracking or delamination.
  • No commercial warranty for wear items: foot straps, tail fins, seals, propellers, bearings, traction pads, cosmetic paint scratches or normal surface wear.
04

Commercial Warranty Exclusions

  • Salt corrosion or component damage caused by failing to rinse the product with fresh water after use in seawater.
  • Damage to the shell, board or propulsion structure caused by collision, grounding, dropping, impact or external compression.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, removed or damaged warranty seals, electrical or propulsion modifications, non-original parts or use of a non-original charger.
  • Battery swelling or capacity loss caused by storage at a depleted charge, high-temperature exposure or excessive discharge.
  • Commercial rental, professional competition or sustained high-load use beyond the product’s intended operating limits.
  • Natural disasters, accidental or deliberate damage, and cosmetic transit damage not recorded when the shipment was accepted, to the extent exclusion is permitted by applicable law.
05

Evidence & Fault Assessment

  • Email 605051022@qq.com with the product serial number, purchase invoice, order ID and destination.
  • Provide clear photos and an unedited video showing the fault, operating conditions and any displayed error.
  • Stop using a product that appears unsafe, damaged, overheated or water-compromised.
  • Complex or inconclusive faults must be returned to an authorized facility for physical inspection before coverage and remedy are confirmed.
06

After-Sales Logistics

  • Confirmed manufacturing defect within the commercial warranty: the customer pays authorized inbound shipping; FUSOO pays the repaired or replacement product’s outbound shipping.
  • Customer-caused damage or out-of-warranty service: the customer pays inbound and outbound shipping; FUSOO charges only for replacement parts used in the repair.
  • All shipments require prior written authorization, a return reference, approved packaging and routing instructions.
  • Never send a lithium battery, fuel-system component, engine or complete watercraft through an ordinary parcel service. Unauthorized dangerous-goods shipments may be refused.
07

Inspection, Remedy & Refund

After an authorized product is received, FUSOO will inspect it and confirm the available remedy. Depending on the facts and applicable law, the remedy may be diagnosis, repair, replacement, price adjustment or refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the deadline required by applicable law. Any lawful deduction or rejected claim will be explained in writing.

Authorized Return Facility

After-sales receiving address: Building B16, Haiyuan Road Enterprise Entrepreneurship Park, Dongchangfu District, Liaocheng, Shandong Province, China.

After-sales telephone: +86 155 5367 2874.

This is an authorized after-sales receiving facility, not the company’s registered office. Contact FUSOO before packing or booking transport so we can issue a return reference and confirm whether remote diagnosis, an approved local service partner or a specialist return route is appropriate.

Do not ship directly to this address without written authorization. Lithium batteries, fuel-system components, engines and complete watercraft require approved dangerous-goods packaging and routing.
