International delivery is subject to written destination approval. Before dispatch, a FUSOO advisor confirms that the selected model can be transported to the customer’s country or region and identifies any import, registration or local-use restrictions.

An online product payment does not guarantee that a destination can accept the shipment. If delivery cannot be approved, the product payment will be refunded to the original payment method unless the customer accepts an alternative arrangement in writing.

The E1 and C1 use a removable 72 V / 51 Ah lithium-ion battery. These batteries are regulated dangerous goods and cannot be handled as ordinary consumer parcels.

• Battery design must have a valid UN 38.3 test summary.
• Packaging, state of charge, marking and declaration must follow the selected transport mode and carrier requirements.
• Only approved dangerous-goods logistics providers may be used.
• Carrier, state and operator variations may impose stricter limits or refuse a route.

The G1 118 contains an internal-combustion power system. Carrier acceptance may require the engine and fuel system to be completely drained, cleaned, documented and inspected before transport.

The final classification, packaging and route must be approved by the freight provider before dispatch.

Do not return a battery, engine or complete watercraft without written return authorization and dangerous-goods instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused by the carrier.
