• Order number and purchase email entered to retrieve a shipment status.

Customer messages, shipment records and consented analytics are stored in the website’s protected database. The owner console requires authenticated access and is restricted to the authorized FUSOO owner account.

Because FUSOO serves customers internationally, inquiry, order, payment-support and technical data may be processed in China, the customer’s location and countries where PayPal, hosting, logistics or service providers operate. FUSOO uses the information only for the purposes described here and takes reasonable steps to protect it.

Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up. Consented analytics are retained for up to 12 months unless deleted earlier. Order, shipment, payment-support, customs, warranty and accounting records may be retained for the period required by law, fraud prevention and legitimate business administration, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
