Seller & Scope

FUSOO is operated by Guangzhou Yichuan Trading Co., Ltd., Unified Social Credit Code 91440111MAE4C11W23. Unless a written order confirmation names another authorized seller, that company is your contracting party.

These terms form part of each order together with the selected product page, written delivery quote, order confirmation and any mandatory consumer protections in the buyer’s location.

02

Products, Pricing & Payment

  • Website prices are shown in USD and cover the selected base product only.
  • International freight, dangerous-goods handling, insurance, brokerage, duties, taxes and optional configurations are quoted separately.
  • PayPal processes the online product payment. FUSOO does not receive your PayPal password or full card number.
  • A payment receipt confirms payment authorization or capture; final fulfillment remains subject to inventory, configuration and destination approval.
03

Order Acceptance

An order is accepted for fulfillment when FUSOO sends written confirmation of inventory, configuration, destination eligibility and delivery terms. Automated website or PayPal messages do not by themselves confirm carrier acceptance.

If FUSOO cannot accept or ship the order, the product payment will be refunded to the original payment method unless the customer accepts an alternative arrangement in writing.

04

International Delivery

  • The written quote will identify the destination, transport plan and whether DDP, DAP or another agreed delivery term applies.
  • The customer must provide accurate consignee, identity, customs and import information.
  • Estimated delivery dates begin after payment clearance, destination approval and carrier acceptance.
  • Risk, title and final delivery obligations are governed by the written order confirmation and mandatory law.
05

Use, Safety & Local Rules

Powered watercraft must be operated only by a capable rider using suitable safety equipment and in areas where use is lawful. The customer is responsible for checking local registration, licensing, age, environmental and waterway rules.

Never modify a battery, fuel system, propulsion unit or safety control outside approved service instructions.

06

Cancellation, Returns & Warranty

Cancellation, return and warranty requests are handled under the FUSOO Warranty & Returns policy and any non-excludable consumer rights. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

A battery, engine or complete watercraft must never be returned without written authorization and the required dangerous-goods transport instructions.

07

Website Content & Disputes

FUSOO names, graphics, product imagery and website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Product specifications may be improved, but an accepted order will be fulfilled to the written order confirmation or an agreed equivalent.

Contact FUSOO first so the parties can seek a practical resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, while any mandatory consumer law or forum rights in the buyer’s location remain unaffected.
